Purchasing
To purchase an item simply click on the hamper you would like to buy, click on checkout and then provide us with some details that we need to process your order. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at info@hampergiftsforall.co.uk. We endeavour to deliver your hamper in excellent condition, however should any items be damaged in transit we will replace immediately upon notification. Please contact our customer service department within seven days to notify us of any problem.
Cancellations
For on line purchases the customer has the right to cancel an order up to seven days after receipt of goods. Where this right is exercised you will be refunded the full amount minus any perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been consumed or damaged as well as carriage charges incurred. All goods must be returned in good condition. We aim to provide the refund within seven days on receipt of returned goods, less any charges as stated above, once the hamper has been returned. Notification of cancellation must be in writing - letter, fax or email. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.
Reservation of title
All goods remain the property of Ochil Solutions until they have been paid for in full.
Payment
Payment may be made by Paypal only, this protects against information fraud and is the safest internet banking tool available. Payment is made during checkout process.
Distance Selling Directive
Under the distance selling directive (2006) we are required to provide:

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
When you order, we will receive details of your name, address, email address and credit/debit card details. This allows us to process your order. We will not pass on your details to anyone or any organisation and we will treat your details with complete confidentiality.
We will not send you any unsolicited emails.

Substitutions
While photography and descriptions are planned to be accurate, Ochil Solutions reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable.

While every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of explosion, adverse weather conditions, Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public highway, riot, government act or other causes beyond the control of www.hampergiftsforall.co.uk
